Hearing Aids

Hearing aids are tiny devices that sit in or on the ear that help people hear better. After a hearing evaluation, you may be prescribed hearing aids that you and your provider will pick out together. The fitting appointment is when your hearing aids are programmed to your hearing needs and you will be shown how to use, clean, charge, and wear your hearing aids. At Santa Rosa Hearing Specialists, all hearing aid fittings are verified with use of Real Ear Measures (REM) using up-to-date technology and evidence-based fitting formulas. Hearing aids are also validated for comfort and fine-tuning decisions are made based on a patient preference.

Hearing Aid Service, Repair, and Cleaning

Hearing aids are tiny computers and will have problems from time to time. We will do an in-house service to trouble shoot and fix anything we can to get your device working properly again. If the device needs to be sent out for an internal repair, we will send, receive, and quality check your device for you.
