Patient Information
Insurance
Our audiology clinic works with all major insurance companies to ensure that our patients have access to the hearing care they need. We understand that navigating insurance plans can be confusing. In order to help make things easier to understand, we can verify what your insurance covers for you and work with you to determine what options work best for you. We also accept
out-of-network payment options for those with PPO plans, or those wishing to proceed with cash-pay options. Our goal is to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible, so our patients can focus on their hearing health.

Our list of insurance companies we work with include, but are not limited to: Medicare, United Healthcare, AARP, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Shield of California, Aetna, Medi-CAL, Partnership Healthplan of California, and many more.

Insurance Providers We Will Accept Soon
We are in the process of being able to accept all major insurance providers. Below is a list of providers we are in the final stages of being credentialled with.

Hospital & Medical Groups
Santa Rosa Hearing is committed to seeing all patients from every hospital group in Sonoma County. We will gladly work with your medical group to ensure you the highest level of care that you've come to expect with your other doctors. This list of medical groups includes patients from, but not limited to: Santa Rosa Community Health, Providence Health System, Sutter Health, Alliance Medical Center, West County Health Center, Petaluma Community Health, Rohnert Park Community Health, and many more.

If you are a Kaiser Permanente patient without a hearing aid benefit, we offer the same free hearing aid consultation we offer to all of our patients, often with much sooner appointment dates. We are more than happy to use your audiogram from your diagnostic hearing exam at Kaiser to help fit you with the best hearing aids for your needs.
Medicare
We gladly accept Medicare and we are proudly listed in their registry as a Qualified Audiology Clinic. If you have secondary insurance alongside Medicare, we coordinate with those insurance providers to maximize your coverage.
MediCAL & Partnership
At Santa Rosa Hearing, we offer all of our services to both MediCAL and Partnership Healthplan of California patients. We understand the importance of community health and providing healthcare to all those who need it, so we work closely with our community healthcare providers to ensure that everyone gets the hearing care they deserve. We promise that if you come to our clinic under MediCAL or Partnership health plans, you will receive the same level of professionalism and compassion we provide to all our patients. We are committed to making sure that every one of our neighbors is cared for.
Financing Options
We understand that hearing aids and other audiology services can sometimes be a financial burden. That's why we offer a variety of financing options, including Care Credit, to help patients manage these costs. This allows you to pay for any service or device you need with a flexible payment plan that can be tailored to fit your budget and individual needs. Workers' Compensation
Our audiology clinic proudly accepts workers' compensation patients and is committed to providing the best possible outcome for each individual's hearing health. We work with individual patients exploring their cases independently, workers' compensation groups seeking a local provider, and attorneys representing their clients to ensure every case receives the streamlined, supportive care it deserves.
